R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center

Originally constructed in 1989, the R. David Thomas Center at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business serve as living quarters for our executive students during their Durham-based residencies. The Center is undergoing extensive renovations which will be completed by January 2017.

The property will provide a world-class experience for guests while meeting the increased energy efficiency goal of LEED certification. The renovated Center will feature 198 modern guest rooms and additional meeting space including a 5,600-square-foot ballroom. The Center will expand by more than 90,000 square feet.
