The Duke Goethe Executive MBA program targets high-potential professionals with an average of eight years and a minimum of three years of work experience. The program is challenging and admission is selective. • An undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Strong managerial and leadership ability as well as proven team communication and time management skills
• Quantitative achievement
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Official score of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
• Official score of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). The exam measures the academic abilities needed to succeed in graduate management education
• Complete application packet including three letters of recommendation
• Personal interview
