Driving Directions

The Thomas Center is located in the heart of Durham, North Carolina on the West Campus of Duke University.

From Raleigh-Durham International Airport:
- I-40 West to Exit 279B (NC 147-Durham Expressway)
- Hwy15-501 South (toward Chapel Hill).
- Second exit @ Cameron Blvd. NC Hwy751 (Duke Univ./ West Campus)
- Left @ end of ramp
- Left @ 3rd light onto Science Drive.
- Left at the 2nd driveway (occurs quickly) into the R. David Thomas Center.
- Left up the driveway to the parking lot.
- From the parking area, walk down the stairs and a sign will direct you either left to the classroom area and guestrooms, or right to main entrance and dining room.

From Atlanta and Southern Points:
- I-85 North to Exit 170. Right at the 1st stop light, NC Hwy 751 (Cameron Blvd.).
- At the 3rd traffic light turn left onto Science Drive.
- Turn left at the 2nd driveway (occurs quickly) into the R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center. * Left up the driveway to the parking lot.
- From the parking area, walk down the stairs and a sign will direct you either left to the classroom area and guestrooms, or right to main entrance and dining room.

From Washington and Northern Points:
- I-95 South. Follow signs through Petersburg, Virginia for I-85 South to Durham,
- Take Exit 174A onto 15-501 South. Exit 107 (Duke University West Campus/NC751).
- Left onto NC 751 (Cameron Blvd.).
- At the 3rd traffic light turn left onto Science Drive.
- Turn left at the 2nd driveway (occurs quickly) into the R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center.
- Left up the driveway to the parking lot.
- From the parking area, walk down the stairs and a sign will direct you either left to the classroom area and guestrooms, or right to main entrance and dining room.

From Asheville and Eastern Points:
- I-40 East to I-85 North. I-85 North to Exit 173 (Bypass Hwy15-501).
- Merge right onto Bypass 15-501 South.
- Hwy 15-501 South to Exit 107 (Duke University West Campus / NC 751).
- Left onto NC Hwy 751 (Cameron Blvd.).
- Left at 3rd traffic light onto Science Drive.
- Left at the 2nd driveway (occurs quickly) into the R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center.
- Left up the driveway to the parking lot.
