Executive Dining Room

Our state-of-the-art conference buffet dining environment offers a wide array of meat, vegetarian, and heart-healthy selections for every meal.

Our culinary staff work with individual guest preferences and dietary needs as well. Dining room staff assist with directing guests to group seating arrangements, as well as provide table service to guests once they are seated.

All this is topped off by a sumptuous dessert selection of fruits, pastries, and baked items you can only find in the South.

Private Dining

If your group requires a private dining function or just a change of pace, the Thomas Center can help you plan an unforgettable lunch or dinner in one of our many casual or fine dining environments – the Patio, Winter Garden, University Room, or Club Room.

One especially popular selection is from one of our chef’s elaborate theme buffets, including Louisiana Night, an Old Fashioned Carolina Pig-Pickin, a Polynesion Luau, or an authentic Western Cookout.

Your conference planner can assist you with menu selections, florals, entertainment, lighting, décor, and every other aspect of your planning process.

Lunch Reservations for Non-conference Guests

Lunch reservations for groups of less than ten can be made up to seven days in advance by calling our reservations line at 919-660-6280. Seating is available in the Executive Dining Room only; hours for this service are 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mon-Fri.

Groups of ten or more can be accommodated for lunch reservations by contacting our conference planning department at 919-660-6392.

All reservations must be made prior to 10 a.m. day of service.
