    The Dallas Business Club is honored to present a discussion on Health Care Reform with Trevor Fetter, President and CEO of Tenet Healthcare Corporation. There will be ample time for networking and discussions with other MBA attendees, both before and after Mr. Fetter's remarks.

    Hors d'oeuvres will be served; cash bar available. Garage parking is included in your ticket purchase: $40. Guests are welcome.

Derksen, Daytime MBA ?78 for an evening reception and presentation featuring a summary of the Spring 2009 Board of Visitors meeting, a conversation about how DPSG and Deloitte are managing in times of turbulence, and how Deloitte is advising clients to remain competitive. This event is graciously hosted by Mr. Herrn.

    Description

    Please join with other DFW Fuqua alumni to celebrate the holiday season...and help make a difference for someone in need! This year the DFW Fuqua Alumni Club is pleased to partner with The Family Place (www.familyplace.org) in support of its annual Adopt-The-Shelter initiative. The Family Place is the largest family violence service provider in the Dallas area, reaching out to thousands of victims of family violence each year with award-winning programs that keep women and children safe.

    Notes

    The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. in the bar area of the restaurant - a number of tables have been reserved for our group. Blue Mesa's famous - and FREE - quesadilla bar will be open until 7:30 and happy hour specials continue until 8:30.

    There are a number of ways to get involved with Fuqua Alumni Club of Dallas:

    1. Make sure your contact information is up to date in the alumni directory .  In order to receive information via e-mail about activities in your region, your contact information must be current. Fuqua alumni are invited to club activities based on their city of residence or employment. Are you only planning to be in Dallas temporarily? E-mail the Alumni Relations office , and we can make sure you are on the club's e-mail distribution list. 
    2. Offer to host an alumni event at your business, home, or work place.  
    3. Get involved with club leadership.  
    4. Suggest events and ideas for activities you'd like to see in your city.
    5. Recommend a personal or professional speaker or make a presentation yourself.

    If you'd like to get involved in any way, please contact your club leadership team.
