2009 Alumni Award Nomination form

The Fuqua School of Business has been recognizing alumni who contribute to the Fuqua community for over fifteen years. Awards are presented each spring at Reunion and celebrate the accomplishment of alumni from the reunion classes. This year’s classes include 2008, 2004, 1999, 1994, 1989, 1984, 1979, 1974, and 1969. Faculty, staff, and alumni are encouraged to nominate distinguished Fuqua alumni for one of the following awards:

The Fuqua School of Business Alumni Award for Exemplary Service
Established in 1991 to recognize individuals who demonstrate their dedication to Fuqua by donating their time, energy, talents, or financial support and who build networks through class activities, regional programs, and initiatives within their corporation, and service to current students and faculty. Award recipients have led by example in showing others how to strengthen the bonds between the school and its alumni and corporate partners.

The Fuqua School of Business Alumni Impact Award
This award was established in 2001 to recognize and honor individuals or teams who have bettered the school by investing their time and energy on a specific project for the school. Award recipients’ commitment to Fuqua is demonstrated by their willingness to work out unique solutions to create positive outcomes, and to take initiative to benefit the Fuqua community with their time, energy, and talents. 

Award winners are selected by a committee of Fuqua staff and alumni.
