Fuqua to Start MMS Program in the UAE
UAE signFuqua is launching in the United Arab Emirates a new program, Masters in Management Studies: Finance (MMS: Finance), beginning this spring. Building on Fuqua’s global strategy, the MMS: Finance program will mark the first time the school will run a degree program completely outside the United States. read more »

 

Procter & Gamble CEO Is Fuqua's New Board Chair
Bob McDonaldProcter & Gamble Chairman of the Board, President and CEO Bob McDonald has officially assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Visitors for Fuqua. Duke and Verizon to Collaborate on Developing Health IT Initiatives
Duke and Verizon have entered into a strategic agreement whereby the two organizations will combine technical and human resources to collaborate on developing health IT initiatives. Alumni Panelists Needed for FuquaPride's LGBT Weekend
Fuqua is sponsoring an LGBT prospective student weekend the first weekend of December. As part of the programming, FuquaPride is planning a student/alumni panel discussion on Saturday, December 3. This panel will be a mix of current students and alumni from a range of functional areas and industries discussing the MBA experience from an LGBT perspective. Improving Corporate Governance through Gender Diversity
On September 28, the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) held its pilot OnBoard Bootcamp for female executives, as part of its Women's Leadership Initiative (WLEAD). The one-day bootcamp provided board-ready women with an insider's guide on the selection process for a corporate/private board, advisory board, and major non-profit board. read more »
