Katch, Amy

Class of '93
Nuance Communications/eScription Bus.,

Amy is responsible for Nuance Healthcare's eScription Sales on the West Coast, including maintaining relationships with existing customers. She started working with speech recognition applications over six years ago and has since helped both civilian and military healthcare facilities improve transcription operations. Amy also has over ten years of experience working with a variety of internet-based business models (including pioneering internet advertising) in sales, business development and VC funding. Amy's success emanates from educating prospects about disruptive technologies and growing those relationships into long-standing, revenue-generating customers.

Prior to Fuqua, Amy received her B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin's top-ranked program. She has been a Fuqua  Alumni Admissions interviewer almost since the program's inception and has recently begun interviewing Duke undergraduate candidates as well. Amy's also active in her local community and serves on the Board of the Pacific Palisades Junior Women's Club in the Los Angeles area. In the past few years, Amy has summited Mount Kilimanjaro and Kala Patar, above Everest's Base Camp.

Kaye, Lynne

Class of '82
Unison Advisory Group, Founder and CEO

Lynne Kaye is the founder and CEO of Unison Advisory Group, a strategy consulting firm focused on environmental sustainability.  She works with established corporations and investors to translate the trend toward environmental sustainability into well-planned opportunities to generate growth, cost savings and value for key stakeholders.  She works both with professional and financial services organizations that are new to "going green" and those who have already made significant investments in sustainability.  Lynne is a frequent speaker on sustainability, including on how leading corporations use green to enhance their competitive position and value.  Lynne's prior experience includes advising corporations on strategy and value creation as Managing Director and Head of M&A and Equity Advisory for Banc One Capital Markets.

Lynne earned her BS from Wake Forest University.  She currently serves as the Chairperson for Mosby's Rangers, a networking organization for business professionals and on the Board of the Lupus Foundation of Greater Washington.  She is also an active member of a number of groups promoting sustainability, including the Piedmont Environmental Council.  Lynne and her husband Leo Subler (Fuqua class of 1983) live outside Washington, DC near Middleburg, VA.
