The Fuqua School of Business recognizes alumni contributions through three awards, the Alumni Impact Award, the Distinguished Service Award, and the Leader of Consequence Award. Awards are presented each spring at Reunion and celebrate the accomplishment of alumni from the reunion classes. Award winners are selected by a committee of Fuqua staff and alumni.

The Alumni Impact Award was established in 2001 to recognize and honor individuals or teams who have bettered the school by investing their time and energy on a specific project. Award recipients' commitment to Fuqua is demonstrated by their willingness to work out unique solutions to create positive outcomes, and to take initiative to benefit the Fuqua community with their time, energy, and talents.

The Award for Exemplary Service was established in 1991 to recognize individuals who demonstrate their dedication to Fuqua by donating their time, energy, talents, or financial support and who build networks through class activities, regional programs, and initiatives within their corporation, and service to current students and faculty. Award recipients have led by example in showing others how to strengthen the bonds between the school and its alumni and corporate partners.

2013 Leader of Consequence Award

The Leader of Consequence Award was established in 2012 to recognize alumni whose exemplary professional accomplishments are matched by the significant positive social or environmental change they have created. Award recipients have embodied Fuqua's central theme, "Leaders of Consequence," using their Fuqua education to make a difference both inside and outside of the board room.
