Under the direction of Executive Director Sanyin Siang and Faculty Director Sim B. Sitkin, the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) has assembled a distinguished Leadership Advisory Board, Center Scholars Committee, visiting scholars, executives-in-residence, management team, Leadership Fellows (rising second year students), leading scholars and corporate leaders world-wide to help advance its mission. Duke Men's Basketball Coach, Mike Krzyzewski, author of best-selling business books on leadership, has joined the center and Fuqua's faculty as a COLE executive-in-residence, teaching and writing on leadership and ethics during the off-season.
