A Principal activity of the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) is to encourage and support the exploration of leadership issues and ethical behavior in business organizations, by stimulating world-class research in the study of leadership and ethics.
To support this goal, COLE organizes a Ph.D. Dissertation Proposal Competition and Case Writing Competition, in addition to other research initiatives.
