The Duke Leadership Program: A Multiple Domain Approach is a five-day course led by COLE's faculty director Sim Sitkin and COLE Scholar, Allan Lind. Course participants evaluate and strengthen their current leadership practices, and learn to adapt to the challenges of modern business leadership. Participants learn to approach leadership as a collaborative process between leaders, their employees and others in the organization. By the end of the course, participants improve their leadership effectiveness in their current positions, and also develop a set of tools for assessing and adapting to future leadership challenges.

The Advanced Leadership Program: Leadership Innovation and Change is based upon the successful Sitkin/Lind Multiple Domain Leadership Model. This program builds on the Duke Leadership Program, helping participants to cultivate their leadership abilities and develop the skills needed to create and maintain a culture of innovation and lead change within their organization.

The Turning Point Project delivered its pilot in December 2004. This leadership, ethics, and wellness project is being provided to PricewwaterhouseCoopers in collaboration with The Kenan Institute for Ethics, Duke Corporate Education, and Duke University Athletics.
