Dick Grasso has been chairman and chief executive officer of the New York Stock Exchange since June 1, 1995. Previously, he has served as executive vice chairman, president and chief operating officer of the Exchange. He is the first member of the NYSE's management to be elected to any of these positions in the NYSE's 209-year history

Harvey L. Pitt

United States Securities & Exchange Commission

Harvey L. Pitt is the twenty-sixth chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and has for decades been recognized as one of the leading securities law practitioners in the nation. Chairman Pitt previously served as the Commission's General Counsel from 1975 to 1978. Prior to rejoining the Commission in 2001, Chairman Pitt practiced corporate and securities law in New York and Washington, D.C.

Leo C. O'Neill
President
Standard & Poor's Corp.

Leo C. O'Neill has served as president of Standard & Poor's since March 1999. Prior to his current position, Mr. O'Neill was president and chief rating officer of the Ratings Services division. Under his leadership, the division became one of the world's leading ratings services. Mr. O'Neill takes an active role in leading Standard & Poor's efforts to create more transparent and open financial markets, especially in emerging economies.

Leo F. Strine, Jr.
Vice Chancellor
Delaware Court of Chancery

The Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr. is a Vice Chancellor of the Court of Chancery. Previously, Strine was Counsel to Governor Thomas R. Carper of Delaware. He also served as corporate litigator at the firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and a law clerk to Judge Walter K. Stapelton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Chief Judge John F. Gerry of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
