Dick Grasso
Chairman and CEO
New York Stock Exchange

Dick Grasso has been chairman and chief executive officer of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) since June 1, 1995. Previously, he has served as executive vice chairman, president and chief operating officer of the Exchange. He is the first member of the NYSE's management to be elected to any of these positions in the NYSE's 210-year history.

Robert "Steve" Miller
Chairman and CEO
Bethlehem Steel

Steve Miller has been chairman and CEO of Bethlehem Steel since September 2001. Prior to joining Bethlehem, he served for thirteen years at Chrysler as a director, chief financial officer and later vice chairman. Mr. Miller served as the chief negotiator with bank lenders and the government in helping to rescue Chrysler Corporation in the early eighties. He currently serves on the boards of eight publicly and privately held companies including Waste Management, Federal Mogul and Symantec.

The Hon. Paul S. Atkins
Commissioner
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

Paul S. Atkins was appointed a Commissioner of the SEC in July 2002. Before his appointment, he advised financial services firms regarding their compliance with SEC regulations and worked with law enforcement agencies to rectify schemes that were harmful to investors. From 1990-94, Commissioner Atkins served on the staff of former SEC chairmen, Richard C. Breeden and Arthur Levitt, ultimately as executive assistant and counsellor,respectively. Under Chairman Breeden, he pursued efforts to improve corporate governance and increase capital markets access for small business and middle market companies. Under Chairman Levitt, he was responsible for organizing the SEC's individual investor program.

Sam DiPiazza
CEO Pricewaterhouse- Coopers

Sam DiPiazza is CEO of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He previously served as the senior partner and chairman of the US Firm with executive responsibility for PwC's US operations and also served as a member of PwC's Global Leadership team, setting the strategic and operational direction for the firm. Mr. DiPiazza is currently serving a three-year term as a trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation.
