Conference fee includes all conference sessions and materials on October
20-22 plus a social package of a welcome cocktail reception on Monday;
breakfast, lunch and gala dinner on Tuesday;
and breakfast and luncheon on Wednesday.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
- Notification of withdrawal from the conference must be received in writing
- Participants canceling prior to Monday, September 15, 2008 will be
charged a 10% cancellation fee
- Participants canceling prior to Wednesday, October 1, 2008 will be
charged a 50% cancellation fee
- Regardless of the refund amount listed, the amount refunded will not exceed the amount paid
- All requests to transfer registration fees to next year's conference are subject to a $200 administration fee.
- If you register and are unable to attend the conference, we will accept a substitute in your place at no additional cost to you.
