Duke - The Fuqua School of Business

Governance, Clubs, and Events

Our culture is one of engagement, with a wide range of student-led organizations providing opportunities for leadership development, personal fulfillment, and an outlet for contributing to society.

Our student-led government (MBA Association), clubs, and events are an integral part of the full-time MBA student culture and are vital to providing you with a range of experiential learning and individual development experiences.

In fact, the student leadership opportunities are so integral to the community that every year awards are given to exemplary clubs and individuals. Awards include the Club of the Year, Breeden Award in Finance, Deans' Recognition Award, Asa T. Spaulding Sr. Award for Leadership, Distinguished Service Award, Alan D. Schwartz Award for Mentorship, and Keohane Award for Leadership.
