If you have not already done so, you should make hotel reservations now!

A listing of local hotels is provided for your convenience.  You can also visit the Durham Convention and Visitors Bureau for additional area information and lodging options.

Students will be provided with a graduation survey in the spring where they can indicate whether any guests need special accommodations.

Information on how to order and pick up your graduation apparel will be posted when apparel ordering begins.

A class photo will be taken at Cameron Indoor Stadium on Friday before the actual ceremony.

Graduates need to arrive at Cameron Indoor Stadium by 4:45 pm for the class photo.  Once the photo has been taken, graduates will be instructed on how to line up for the commencement procession into Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Graduates will be able to pick up their diplomas in the Fox Student Center once the Duke-wide ceremony concludes on Sunday, May 12th at 12pm.  Diplomas will be arranged alphabetically by program at the tables near the Donor Wall. 

Also, graduates and guests are encouraged to enjoy the champagne brunch reception in the Fox Student Center following the Duke-wide ceremony.
