Executive MBA Career Services, as part of the Duke Career Management
Center, is committed to working with you to develop and manage your career.
We offer a range of services to assist you with defining your strengths,
interests and values and link them to your current role, your succession
plan or your career search strategy to best prepare you for your next move.
For all students, we provide:
- Individual Counseling, Coaching and Consultation on
all areas of career development, succession planning and job search.
Appointments can scheduled either by phone or when you are on campus,
Monday through Friday (during residencies – schedules permitting).
- Self-Assessment Feedback for career
planning and professional development and include a variety of interest,
personality and multi-rater feedback surveys.
- Workshops and Webcasts dedicated to career development
and job search strategies including self-assessment, networking, interviewing
and salary negotiations, and looking at each as an interviewer and interviewee.
- Career
Management Center Resources, a password-secured
Web site that provides a variety of information and links to valuable
resources to enhance career planning.
- On-line Resume Book includes
resumes of eligible executive MBA students who are working with the career
management center and will be accessible to prospective employers.
