The online job posting form consists of a quick survey which enables your company's position to be posted exactly to your specifications and ensures all the information required for students is included. Upon receiving the completed form, someone in the CMC will review it and have your opportunity viewable to the appropriate student audience(s) in one business day or less. If interest in the opportunity is high, the job posting can be easily converted to an on-campus interview. 

The job posting form offers a practical recruiting option for many companies, particularly those that:

  • Have immediate hiring needs
  • Work with limited recruiting resources
  • Would like to gauge student interest for a function or division that has not recruited on campus or may not be well-known to students
