SEC Chairman Donaldson and Director Cutler speak at DEI conference

William H. Donaldson, Chairman, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission gave the opening keynote address on March 16 to the annual Directors' Education Institute, a program developed by the Duke Global Capital Markets Center, the Fuqua School of Business and Duke Law School.

Stephen M. Cutler, Director, Division of Enforcement, U.S Securities and Exchange Commission, gave the closing keynote address on March 18th.
