Boulding and Staelin Honored for Research

Duke MBA Marketing Professors Bill Boulding and Rick Staelin, and co-author Eyal Biyalogorsky of the University of California, Davis (a graduate of Fuqua’s PhD program), were selected as the 2006 recipients of the American Marketing Association’s Harold H. Maynard award for their article "Stuck in the Past: Why Managers Persist with New Product Failures.” Their work was published in the April 2006 issue of Journal of Marketing and chosen for the award in recognition of its significant contribution to marketing theory and thought.
