The Career Management Center (CMC)
The mission of the Career Management Center is to empower students to define, attain, and manage career goals by providing proactive and responsive programs, services, and guidance. The CMC can assist with career progression and development, self-assessment, job search strategy, career transition, and job search tactics.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Career development workshops (during select residencies and via the Internet)
- Career and job search education through lectures and other resources
- Guidance and coaching in-person and by phone
- Self-assessment tools that provide in-depth information about one's interests, values, and abilities as they relate to MBA career paths and decisions
- Access to online job postings
- Access to CMC-facilitated recruiting activities
