The Duke MBA—Daytime Campus Visit Program

The best way to learn about the Daytime program is to experience a day in the life of a student through our Campus Visit program. Campus Visits are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays throughout the year while students are on campus. We also offer limited Saturday Campus Visit sessions. Depending on when you apply and interview (e.g., Open Interview Period), you may have the option to schedule your interview to coincide with a Campus Visit.

Weekday Campus Visit Activities:

  • Tour and lunch with current students
  • Class observation
  • Meet-and-greet with an admissions officer
  • Student-led sessions on concentrations, certificates, clubs, and affinity groups
  • Distinguished Speaker Series lectures (depending on schedule)

Saturday Campus Visit Activities:

  • Tour
  • Student-led panel discussion and lunch
  • Student-led club activity fair

Spouses/Partners Welcome: Your spouse, partner or significant other is welcome to visit Duke with you. In the online scheduling system, simply indicate if your partner will accompany you. A representative of the Fuqua Partners organization will contact your partner via email with additional information for the day of your visit. Due to limited class space, partners are asked to refrain from attending class observations.

Cancellations: If you must cancel or reschedule your visit, please do so via the online scheduling system. For changes within two days of your scheduled visit, please contact admissions-info@fuqua.duke.edu or +1.919.660.7705 as soon as possible.

Inclement Weather Policy: During severe weather or emergency conditions, Duke University may activate its severe weather policy, which may close or delay the opening of the Fuqua Admissions Office. If there is severe weather in Durham and you are unsure if the office is open, call +1.919.660.7739 and a recorded message will update the status of our operating conditions. Similarly, if you cannot come to campus because of inclement weather, please leave a message at +1.919.660.7739 with your name, contact information and affected appointment and we will contact you to reschedule.
