Daytime Weekend Executive Global Executive
Applicants career stage Average five years of work experience. Minimum of five years professional work experience.  Average is ten years.  Ten to thirty years professional work experience. Average is fourteen years. 
Program emphasis Understanding the intersection of the various health care players.  Understanding the skills necessary to manage within and/or lead an organization.  Honing functional expertise and the ability to think strategically in a global business environment. Understanding the skills necessary to lead an organization.  Honing functional expertise and the ability to think strategically in a global business environment. Understanding of interactive effects of industries and firms on a global basis.  Significant collaboration and transfer of knowledge via international residencies. 
Program Length Two years full-time. Twenty months (five terms).   Eighteen months (five terms).  Additional post-MBA coursework for HSM certificate.
Residency August - May for two years with a summer internship between first and second year of program. Every other Friday and Saturday for duration of the program.  Residency is required at the week-long Health Care in the 21st Century course and at the monthly Thursday seminar series. Ten weeks total.  Four weeks in North America and two weeks in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.  Residencies are preceded by a reading period followed by ten weeks of Internet-enabled distance learning. Residency is also required at the week-long Health Care in the 21st Century course.
HSM requirements Daytime core curriculum, two HSM courses, an HSM seminar series, plus three health care-specific electives. Weekend Executive core curriculum, two HSM courses, and HSM seminar series, and one health care-specific elective. Global Executive core curriculum, two HSM courses, HSM seminar series, and one health-care specific elective.
Additional costs No additional tuition charge for Daytime MBA students. No additional tuition charge for Weekend Executive students. No additional tuition charge for Global Executive students who complete the HSM concentration within one year of graduation.*

* Students will be responsible for charges related to travel, lodging, and meals associated with HSM courses.
