Student Medical Insurance*
  • MMCi students have the option to purchase the Duke Medical Insurance Plan. It is charged during the fall semester of the academic year. International students with a F-1 or J-1 visa are required to purchase this student medical insurance plan.

The tuition deposit of $1,200 will be applied to your bill.

Tuition will be billed in 4 equal billings occurring prior to term start. Billings for term 1 will go out in mid to late June with a due date of mid August.

Scholarship Information: MMCi has three types of scholarship assistance available:

  • Duke Employees - Employees at Duke receive a special tuition scholarship. This is applicable for all Duke employees and fellows.
  • Non Duke/ US Citizens - There are a limited number of scholarships available.
  • International Students - There are a limited number of scholarships available for international students. Contact the MMCi Program Director at mmci@fuqua.duke.edu for specific information. International Students may apply for the Coastal Federal Credit Union International Student Loan. It is a student loan program that does not require a U.S. co-signer. For more information about this loan please click here. International student loans are available to MMCi students to cover only the cost of tuition, fees, books and medical insurance. It is up to the student to cover all other expenses including living, travel, food. International students applying for a F-1 or J-1 visa must prove funding to cover tuition and fees ($53,612), insurance ($2,055.00) and living expenses estimated at $1638.20 per month or ($19,658 for 12 months) for a total of $75,325. If borrowing the Coastal Federal International Loan this will help provide proof of funding for your visa up to $55,667.
