Have all Inter-Institutional form(s) or Duke Graduate Student Course Permission Form(s) signed (by faculty assigned to teach the course OR the Department representative) and submitted to the Fuqua Registrar in the Student Services Office or your own registrar for inter-institutional registration.

- First day of classes for Spring 1 (M03)
- Attend class even though enrollment status for Spring 1 (M03) has not been finalized.
Sunday, January 22, 2012
- Drop/Add ends at 11:59pm
Monday, January 23, 2012
- Available seats for Spring 1 and Spring 2 classes will be assigned to non-Fuqua students.
- Approved registration requests are faxed to the University Registrar's Office and will be added to your schedule manually. The course cannot be added through ACES.
- Non-Fuqua students will be notified of enrollment via e-mail (be sure your e-mail address is legible on the request form).
