Save the Date for the Second Annual Women's Leadership Summit


Join the Fuqua alumnae community October 28-29 for the 2nd Annual Women's Leadership Summit. Held in conjunction with the Duke MBA Weekend for Women for prospective students, the Women's Leadership Summit seeks to engage alumnae from diverse backgrounds and industries. The purpose of the WLS is to strengthen the Fuqua alumnae network while engaging the next generation of female prospective students in order to build a pipeline of strong, diverse female leaders in the business world.

Interested in connecting with employers and other experienced Fuqua MBAs? Join us in Durham for our second annual Experienced Talent Networking Night on September 27. Fuqua alumni and executive MBA students are invited to a networking reception with employers and executive recruiters wanting to meet MBA professionals with 10 or more years of work experience. Alumni can attend as individual participants or as prospective employers.

 
 

Online Workshop: Making the Shift to Social Impact Careers


Join us on Thursday, September 29, at 11:00 a.m. ET for our next online career workshop, "Making the Shift to Social Impact Careers." With many options and roles, functions and types of organizations, contemplating a career shift into the sustainability or social impact sector can be overwhelming. During this session, participants will learn about the sector and the types of roles MBAs and experienced professionals might consider, how to make a transition into a new non-profit or social impact career, and what resources are available.

Credit Suisse Launches its Application Process for the Real Returns Program


Are you thinking about re-entering the work force after an extended absence?  Real Returns at Credit Suisse is an initiative designed to re-engage talented professionals and help facilitate their transition back into the workforce. Real Returns is a paid employment program that runs for 11 weeks starting in February 2017. You will work on an important short-term assignment in one of our business areas in New York based on your expertise, interests and skill set. The application process runs through October 14, 2016.
