Decisions, Risks and Games Involving Intelligent Adversaries
The talk addresses the following three cases:
- Management of constraints in the development of an engineered system where someone may be tempted to cut corners and increase the failure risk.
- Analysis of counter-insurgency strategies with an application to an area of the Philippines.
- Dynamics of warnings from analyst to decision maker when adversaries may be planning an attack with application to fighting Los Zetas at the Mexico-Guatemala border.
