Former Federal CIO Discusses Leadership in Tech

Tony Scott, former chief information officer for the U.S. government, says more must be done to bring diversity to the tech sector.

"If you really want to have a truly effective workforce," Scott told Dean Bill Boulding, "whether it's in the cyber space or anywhere else, you've got to have backgrounds and perspectives that are representing the broad cross-section of the society that you're serving."
