Teri has been a valued member of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business since 2002, when she joined as a coach for Daytime MBA students. She thrives on cultivating potential in others and brings a flexible, collaborative approach shaped by a professional background in business publishing and marketing communications. 

Now serving as Executive Director and Assistant Dean, Teri brings the CMC’s mission to life through innovative strategy and a student-centered approach, delivering impactful coaching, programming, and employer partnerships that empower students and alumni to find meaningful work and navigate their careers. Her leadership reflects Fuqua’s core values and the team’s shared commitment to collaboration, innovation, integrity, and community.
