Sector Directors are students’ primary contact for career coaching and guidance, offering tailored support across the full career journey—from exploring interests and clarifying goals to building networks, preparing application materials, navigating interviews, and making informed decisions about internships and full-time opportunities. Students can connect with a coach by emailing the CMC or scheduling an appointment through CareerBridge.

In partnership with CMC Career Services Specialists, Sector Directors work closely with employers to design recruiting strategies that align with industry needs, through in-person and virtual engagement that connects employers with top talent.
