Enter the Breeden Hall entrance from Science Drive. Take the stairs all the way down to the first-floor level. Continue down the hallway at the intersection of hallways, go to the left (turning before reaching the hallway of flags). Walk down this hallway, stop at the elevator on the left-hand side. Take this elevator up to the fourth floor to the Career Management Center Recruiting 4th Floor.

Check-In Process

Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before your start time to allow adequate time for check-in and set-up.

Presentations:

• Proceed to your assigned room listed in CareerBridge. Refer to Fuqua’s campus map and look for directional signage displayed throughout Fuqua.
• Upon arrival at the room, we ask that each employer representative scan the employer QR code to provide contact information.
• Employer Ambassadors, CMC staff, and a Technology representative will arrive 30 minutes before your presentation to assist with set-up and any questions.

Office Hours & Interviews:

• Take the elevator to the 4th floor in the East Keller Building.
• Upon arrival at the information desk, we ask that each employer representative scan the QR code to provide contact information.
• Printed room and schedule information will be provided (resumes will also be included in the interview folders). Proceed to the room indicated on the schedule.
• Your industry Account Manager will be available to answer any questions.

Taxi, Uber, or Lyft: Please have the driver take you to the Breeden Hall entrance of Fuqua’s location on Science Drive.

Once parked, proceed to either of the pay stations and enter your license plate number. When the machine prompts you for a coupon, enter the 4-digit code that was provided via your logistics email. A parking pass will be generated which should be placed on the vehicle’s dashboard.

Alternatively, you may download the PayByPhone app, enter in your license plate number and your 4-digit code that was provided in your logistics email.

The Fuqua Career Management Center staff and activities are considered “Delayed Service” under the Duke Severe Weather and Emergency Conditions Policy. If Duke activates the severe weather / emergency conditions policy, we will not host interviews or events on campus until the University returns to normal operating status. As soon as we know the school is on delayed opening or closed, the Employer Engagement team will reach out and work with recruiting organizations to make alternate arrangements. You can also visit the Duke Alert website, which updates the University operations status immediately.

Our guiding principle is that a scheduled interview should be honored as a commitment by both the employer and the student, even if the original date, time, and/or format are altered by inclement weather. If recruiters' travel plans are disrupted, preventing them from conducting interviews on Duke's campus, call the CMC recruiting desk at +1 919-660-8081 as soon as possible.
