Duke - The Fuqua School of Business

Fuqua Tour Slideshow

Inspired design inspires learning. Fuqua's 500,000 square feet of classrooms, team rooms, outdoor meeting areas, and auditoriums were specifically designed to enhance your learning experience and inspire collaboration. As one of the finest settings for business education in the US, Fuqua built its facilities to complement its unique approach to graduate-level learning.

From horseshoe-shaped classrooms with stadium seating to team rooms equipped with computers, to one of the best stocked business libraries in the country, you'll find that the MMS: FOB program isn't the only thing built for success.

Our facilities include:

The Thomas F. Keller Center, named in honor of former Dean Thomas F. Keller, includes two wings with auditorium-style classrooms, seminar rooms, dozens of small team rooms, and large auditoriums for school-wide presentations and guest speakers. It's also home to the support, administrative, and career offices.

The Wesley Alexander Magat Academic Center is where you'll find the majority of faculty offices, as well as seminar and meeting rooms.

The Lafe P. and Rita D. Fox Student Center is the hub of student life at Fuqua, connecting the main Keller and Magat Center wings of the school. It has a student lounge, a full-service cafeteria, a spacious indoor winter garden area, outdoor terraces, changing rooms with lockers and showers, a student communications center, and additional office space.

Breeden Hall, named in honor of former Dean Douglas Breeden and his wife Josie, features a rooftop terrace and holds classrooms, auditoriums, team rooms, meeting spaces, the Ford Library, the Kirby Reading Room, and our admissions and operations offices.

The new JB Duke Hotel (scheduled to open in January 2017) includes the R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center, 198 guest rooms and suites, a full service restaurant, two bars, a fitness center, and other amenities. The center is primarily used by Executive Education and executive MBA students.

You can easily reserve space and catering services for meetings, conferences, guest lectures and special events. As an MMS: FOB student, the Fuqua facilities are at your disposal.

Scott G. Says:
Does the conference center name sound familiar to you? It should. It’s named after the founder of Wendy’s, Dave Thomas.
