TIAA CEO Discusses Leadership

Roger Ferguson, CEO of TIAA, told Dean Bill Boulding he believes people perform at their best when they know the company values the person and not just productivity.

"I think people don't want to be cogs in somebody else's grand machine. People want to be valued for themselves," Ferguson said.
