Bio

Diego Majdalani leads Dell’s sales and marketing teams across the Consumer, SMB, LE, Public and Global segments in Latin America. In this capacity, Mr. Majdalani is responsible for delivering a 3.5B USD P&L, defining and executing the strategies necessary to achieve Dell goals of transforming itself into an end-to-end IT solutions provider across Latin America.

Prior to this role, Diego Majdalani was Executive Director of the Latin America Enterprise Solution Group and Software and Peripherals, an organization aimed at leading the end-to-end solution offering in the data center in all markets in Latin America, including the Caribbean, South and Central America, Mexico, and Brazil.

Mr. Majdalani began his career with Dell as the Country Manager for Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay and then further expanded his responsibility to become Country Manager for Colombia and Ecuador. He has also held the role of General Manager for Dell’s Public and Large Enterprise Business for South America excluding Brazil where he was responsible for all the elements of the sales strategy and execution in the nine countries included in the region.

Prior to joining Dell, Mr. Majdalani worked at MicroStrategy, where he was the General Manager for the South Cone of Latin America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay) where he grew the company from being the fourth largest business intelligence provider to the first position in share for three consecutive years.

Before MicroStrategy, Mr. Majdalani worked in Arthur D. Little Latin America, a management consulting firm, where he managed strategy, organization and business process redesign projects in the telecom, oil & gas and financial industries.

Mr. Majdalani holds an MBA from Duke University (1999), and a MS degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Catolica Argentina.
