Sergey Glushakov

Sergey Glushakov is an innovative business leader and entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in information technology and the software and outsourcing industries, thriving on global opportunities to lead people, drive processes, and develop innovative technologies. He became an expert in the business and technology world by working his way up from software engineer and researcher, to C-level executive and co-founder of a number of companies. He has a successful track record in assisting late-stage start-ups, mid-market firms, and Fortune 500 companies develop state-of-the-art software products and IT solutions, exceeding quality expectations and delivering significant cost benefits.

Since 2007, Sergey has been a managing director of Intego Group, a leading IT outsourcing and software engineering provider that specializes in full-lifecycle product development and high-end solution implementations. Established in 1999, Intego Group employs a global delivery model through its client-facing operations in the United States and delivery centers strategically located in Ukraine. Sergey has an extensive educational background and level of experience in the areas of business, technologies, and management. He holds a M.Sc. in applied math and a Ph.D. in engineering from top Ukrainian universities, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He speaks fluent English, Russian, and Ukrainian and shares his time between Ukraine and the United States.
