How does this program compare to a health informatics program?
Simply put, the MSQM: Health Analytics program picks up where informatics leaves off. The focus of this program is on deriving valuable insight from data and using data for decision making.

As a result, our curriculum provides a unique blend of health, business and analytics coursework.

Health analytics is a dynamic and growing field, and the potential career opportunities will vary based on the rest of your background. Previous applicants have come into the program from a wide range of backgrounds and with different goals, including seasoned professionals and leaders who want to make analytics a more mature function within their businesses as well as healthcare employees who want to gain sophisticated analytics skills to advance within their organizations.
