Konstantin Lagutin

Mr. Lagutin has held numerous roles in the energy sector, including Vice-President, Head of Mining Division at EVRAZ (coal and iron ore); Executive Director of Belon Group, Novosibirsk (coal mining and sales), Director for Production and Sales of Non-fuel Oil Products, YUKOS Refining & Marketing (lubricants, motor oil, asphalts, petroleum coke); Director of Energy Products Department, Alfa-Eco (Moscow); General Director of Ryazan Oil Refinery, TNK Oil Company; Chief of Oil Refining Department, Alfa-Eco (Moscow); Head of Moscow office, Global Natural Resources, Inc. (Houston, USA). His current role is VP of Investment Projects at NLMK Steel, based in Moscow.

Mr. Lagutin holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University and has graduated with honors from the Military Institute of Defense Ministry (Moscow), with a specialization in Foreign Languages (English, Persian).

He is married and the father of three daughters.
