Rubens Ferreira Passos

Rubens Passos has been President and CEO of Tilibra Brazil, an Acco Brands company and a market leader in school and office supplies, since 2009. He has also served as President of ABFIAE, Brazilian Stationery Industry Association (which he helped found) since 2011. In June 2015, he was appointed as NAB Chairman of Enactus Brazil, a nonprofit community of student, academic, and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives and shape a better, more sustainable world. In October 2015, Mr. Passos was appointed as Bauru County GM for the Industry Association of São Paulo State, Brazil.

Prior to joining Tilibra as CFO in 2006, Rubens served as CFO for Thales USA. Previously he worked for Oi Telecom, Aracruz Pulp, Warner Music, Tupperware, and Arthur Andersen, where he initiated his career.

Rubens earned an MBA from Duke University (1999), where he was a Fuqua Scholar, and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Fundação Armando Alvarez Penteado (FAAP), São Paulo, Brazil.

Rubens is married, has three kids, and enjoys music, reading, outdoor activities, golf, and aviation.
