Clubs and Organizations:
I am originally from Venezuela and have been in the US for over 16 years. I was in the Catholic Seminary to become a Priest for 4 years. I worked as a Full-Time Youth Minister for 5 years, creating different social justice groups, music bands, and leadership workshops. Then I transitioned to the entrepreneurship world, creating my rent a car business in Miami. After 2 years, I decided to join Hertz Rent a Car and worked my way up to the District Manager position in Miami Beach. My educational background includes a double bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Theology from Barry University in Miami Shores. Years later, I got a Master's Degree in Practical Theology with a specialization in Sexuality and Spirituality and Feminism from Barry University and Boston College. I spent my summer working in Strategy DNA, a Sustainability Boutique Consulting Firm developing critical financial and strategic metrics to assess the Latin American market entry potential for a customer in Central Asia. I am currently a member of the D&I and Symposium Cabinet in the DMCC.
