“I did not expect to enjoy some of my coursework as much as I have. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed courses such as economics and accounting. The professors taught the classes well and made the material engaging."

Why I Chose Fuqua

Fuqua stood out to me from other business schools because of its emphasis on team-based learning. I quickly learned that Fuqua does not just focus on developing knowledge and skills in the classroom but also on growing interpersonal connections. My cohort includes students from all over the world who have a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. I have learned just as much from sharing experiences with my classmates as I have in the classroom. The balance of cultural and academic learning has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

Before Fuqua

I interned and then worked in human resources for the American Wind Energy Association in Washington D.C. I was inspired to pursue an MMS degree because I wanted to strengthen my knowledge of specific business functions.

After Fuqua

I intend to work in organizational management consulting with a focus on process improvement.
