MANAGEMENT SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT (MSTEM)

The Duke Daytime MBA

In this 22-month program, students with ~5 years of work experience focus on all the functional areas of business. You’ll learn alongside a diverse group of peers—people from different countries and markets who all have a keen intellectual curiosity.

Having already earned your master’s degree in management, at Fuqua you’ll skip the business fundamentals to immerse yourself in the electives and experiential learning opportunities that support your unique goals.

What you need to know

To be considered for the Accelerated Daytime MBA program, you must have earned one of the following degrees:

  • A Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business

  • A Master in Management (MiM) degree or equivalent from an accredited graduate business school

  • A one-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited graduate business school

You must also have completed the following courses (or their equivalent) in your prior graduate business program:

  • Managerial Economics

  • Financial Accounting

  • Probability/Statistics

  • Strategy

  • Financial Management/Finance

  • Marketing

  • Operations Management
