Ajay Banga and Jud Linville are competitors, collaborators -- and friends.
Banga is chief executive officer at MasterCard and Linville is CEO of Citi Cards. During a talk with Dean Bill Boulding for Fuqua's Distinguished Speakers Series, they stressed the importance of collaboration.
"If you don't know how to manage relationships, and if you don't know how to build them, nurture them, sustain them, invest in them and care about them from deep inside, you cannot win in business," Banga said.
