With over 15 years of experience in career and professional development, Katie Peterssen is recognized for her expertise in guiding individuals toward meaningful career paths. As Program Director for MMS Career Services at Fuqua, Katie leverages her credentials as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) to support students in making informed career decisions. She is a past president of the North Carolina Career Development Association and co-author of An Innovative Approach to Career Counseling (2023). Known for her positive energy and ability to create tailored learning experiences, Katie is dedicated to empowering students with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
