"Fuqua has been a great place for me to learn from people from all over the world. I tell people that I travel around the world each week. Between classes, I hear Spanish, Portuguese, Yoruba, and Hindi. I love exploring the diverse cultures, foods, and languages that my classmates bring. As someone who will work in the energy industry after school, this experience has enriched my learning and has fostered my pursuit of an energy abundant future for everyone around the world."

Why I Chose Fuqua
Fuqua is a top-tier business school with strong connections to the energy industry. I came to business school to work in the energy transition. I believe in a lower carbon future and want to play a role in making our world energy-abundant and more sustainable. I am excited to be able to work on a problem that, if properly solved, will enable people all over the world to thrive.
In addition, after I attended Blue Devil Weekend and saw how welcoming, passionate, and excited everyone was about their experience here, I knew that Fuqua was the right place for me!
Before Fuqua
I spent five years working for Rockwell Automation in Cleveland, Ohio. I spent two years in a rotation program in sales, hardware engineering, product management, and finance. I then spent three years leading teams of hardware and embedded software engineers. I was responsible for ensuring that my engineers worked effectively together and with other engineering teams.
After Fuqua
I am thrilled to be joining Chevron through their Finance & Commercial MBA (FCMP) Program. Most of my electives at Fuqua have been in finance and energy, and I plan on using my skills at Chevron to lower carbon emissions and invest in new forms of energy.
