Presentation costs and catering
The registration fee is $300 per event for those presentations held at Duke. Catering costs are a separate charge.
We have two professional catering service options on site. Employers may choose from a number of menus and a la carte options with a full range of food selections. Some organizations choose to serve beer and wine. Sector managers can provide detailed information regarding the catering of on-campus events.
Presentation venues and audio/video capabilities
Employer presentations are held at Duke or at local hotels. We offer a number of on-campus venues to suit a variety of presentation sizes. Please see our Presentation Venues page for details.
Recruiters planning to host presentations off-campus should provide details to their sector managers so the events can be publicized to students.
Audio or video equipment may be reserved for presentations through Recruit@Duke. Equipment is set up prior to presentations, and a multimedia department representative meets with company representatives beforehand to familiarize them with the equipment.
Unable to come to Durham?
If unable to come to Durham to host a presentation, employers have the option of hosting a virtual presentation or conducting a web-based presentation. Fees vary depending on the video conferencing capabilities and the length of the presentation. We require at least one week's notice for our multimedia department to test equipment compatibility between the different locations.
Register for employer presentations
Presentation dates and times may be requested through Recruit@Duke. Sector managers review all requests and assign dates and times with consideration for other events that have been already scheduled.
