Vikrampati Singhania is part of the fourth generation of a family business, JK Organization, one of the biggest industrial houses in India. JK Organization is a 3B USD group with multiple businesses, product lines, and locations. The companies in the group have a diverse portfolio, including automotive tires and tubes, paper and pulp, cement, v-belts, oil seals, power transmission systems, hybrid seeds, woolen textiles, ready-made apparels and lifestyle products, sugar, food and dairy products, and clinical studies.
Apart from holding directorship in various group companies, Singhania is the Managing Director of Fenner India Ltd., and Deputy Managing Director, JK Tyre and Industries Ltd. He is also directly responsible for the group's sugar, agri-genetics and clinical trials businesses, and leads new business opportunities, like the group’s foray into sectors like power and defense. Singhania is also deeply involved in the motors sports activity of the organization.
He is associated with the following professional organizations: Managing Committee of Assocham; CII, Expert Committee on Bio Technology at Confederation of Indian Industry; Managing Committee of Indian Sugar Mills Association; Board of Governance at Indian Institute of Learning and Management; Board of Directors of Young Presidents Organization.
Singhania has an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
