I am deeply passionate about retail, marketing, and customer engagement. After graduating from the University of Warwick, I began my career in retail property management as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, I developed marketing strategies and campaigns for large shopping malls, collaborating with tenants to attract customers back to offline stores. Before pursuing my MBA, I worked as a Consultant at an urban planning consulting firm, focusing primarily on the innovative and creative aspects of retail real estate projects. Outside of work, I enjoy shopping (turning my hobby into a career!), traveling, cooking, exploring theme parks, and participating in Les Mills fitness programs. I have a particular love for spicy foods and am always excited to discover cuisines from around the world.
