We asked the alumni below, celebrating a birthday today, June 15, "Where are you now?" Here's what they said...

Shraddha Bansal MMS '20
Hi Fuqua Fam! After a chaotic couple of years and a lot of moves, I have finally settled down in San Francisco, California, with a bunch of family and close friends around. I am working as a project manager at CNH Industrial, and thanks to remote work, I spend a lot of my free time traveling around and exploring new places with my boyfriend.

We still live close to Duke, enjoying all the things that the Triangle has to offer. I am running a fast-growing business providing services in the federal contracting industry. Stephanie, Henry (9), Camille (3), and I like to explore mountains, lakes, and beaches. We recently went to Hilton Head and Kiawah, and we will visit Vermont in June. I may be spotted at Duke on a weekly basis enjoying the golf course and its practice area. Fore!

Hi Fuqua Fam! Where am I now? Still in Dallas, TX, still working for Accenture doing data science consulting, and still raising my three awesome future Dukies! Recently, I hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim to rim - four days, three nights, infinite beautiful views!

Since graduating five years ago, I've had two kids, started a business, and moved the family from DC much closer to Duke. These days, working for myself from home at Head Global gives me the flexibility to hang out and be silly with our twin 4-year-olds, Darby and Darwin, and my husband, Darek, here in Chapel Hill. My favorite activities at the moment are much different than they were during my MBA, and include playing hide and seek, dressing up Barbies, doing puzzles, and doing home renovations, all while still exploring the Triangle area as much as possible!

Hello Fuqua Community! After enjoying lovely North Carolina, including Durham and Charlotte, for nine years, our family of four moved to Houston, TX, in early 2022. Still following my passion for energy, water, and infrastructure. Including a picture from my post-COVID lockdown hike back home in Kathmandu, Nepal. Go Duke!

I'm living in Austin, Texas, with my wife, Pamela, and our kids, Lucy and Jaime. After three years in Seattle, we finally relocated to Texas to be closer to our extended family in Mexico. Both sets of grandparents are overjoyed, and the kids love being pampered. As for Pamela and me, we are looking forward to our next solo adventure, wherever it may be.

Kristin Pados MBA '06
I’ve been in Boston since graduation, except for an expat assignment to London in 2010-2011. After 20+ years in the digital sector, I founded Left Fork Consulting, specializing in helping companies elevate their digital capabilities to drive business growth. Also, I’ve taken up running, and I’m training for marathon #6 (seen below at the finish line of my last one, 2019 Boston).

Hi Fuqua - After 20+ years in NYC and American Express, I now live in Westchester, NY, with my husband, Rob, and two teenage children, and am taking a break from work. I’m enjoying spending more time with family and friends and constantly walking our pandemic puppy. I’m still close to many of my Fuqua classmates, in fact, last fall we took a trip to the NC beaches. In the pic from left to right: Sylvia Choe (Hollo), me, Minna Pomeroy (Greenspun) and Paula Kelley.
